Icici Prudential

The Icici Prudential office here is at El39 5 MIDC, right near Indrayani Nagar in Bhosari, Pune411026. Being in the MIDC area means we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity. There are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our office is a simple space that fits right into this environment. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft carpets. It is just a workspace with hard floors and functional furniture. We spend our time processing documents and keeping the records straight. The air can be a bit heavy with the factory smells outside, but we stay busy inside with our tasks. It is a long commute for some of us, but we've gotten used to the route. We take our breaks when we can, usually just grabbing a quick bite at the desk. The office feels very grounded in the reality of the industrial zone. We aren't here to impress anyone with the decor; we are just here to do the work that needs doing. Most of the people we see are also working in the nearby companies. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We keep the files organized and the computers running as best as we can through the day. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work soon.
