Ibm

Our office is part of Nirupam Society, specifically in the 1 E 7 section. It’s a quiet residential area in Pune, so it doesn't feel like those big commercial centers you find in other parts of the city. We like it because it is calm and peaceful for the most part. The Ibm office itself is quite basic. We have some sturdy tables and chairs and our computers. It’s a small team here, just enough of us to handle the Ibm work we get. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs or kids heading to school every morning. We usually start around nine and wrap up by evening. There isn't any fancy signage outside, so it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the society gate. Inside, we have our files organized in cabinets and a small corner for our lunch breaks. We don't do much in the way of big presentations or meetings. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the emails and paperwork. If the internet goes down, we usually just take a break until it’s back up. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting our daily tasks finished so we can go home on time. It’s a steady way to work in a comfortable neighborhood.
