Our workspace is in Parmar Residency, specifically E 312 on Salunke Vihar Road. We are based in the Kondhwa area of Pune, which has a very specific feel to it. It’s quite different from the older parts of the city. Being in Pune 14 means we are a bit further out, but it’s a nice area to be in. The residency is a quiet place for the most part, which helps us stay concentrated on what we are doing. Ibm is just us in this apartment-style office. We don’t have any grand entrance or a bunch of security guards. You just come up to E 312 and there we are. We spend our hours here handling the daily chores of the business. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, our chairs, and our work. Salunke Vihar Road is usually buzzing with activity, so it’s nice to have a steady place to retreat to. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s been our home base for a while now and we’ve grown fond of the neighborhood. There are plenty of good places to grab a coffee or a snack nearby. We don’t need much more than that. It’s a solid, honest place to run a business from, and it fits us well. We just take it one day at a time here and keep things moving.
