Our office is Flat No G6 402 in Ganga Dham Phase II. We are right on the Bibvewadi Kondhawa Road in Pune, pin code 37. It’s a residential complex, so the office feels a lot like a home. Ibm India Ltd operates from this flat, and we’ve set it up with everything we need to be productive. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The kitchen has been turned into a place for the printer and the water cooler. We don't have a big corporate lobby or security guards at the front desk. You just come up to the fourth floor and ring the bell. It is a comfortable way to work because it isn't so stiff and formal. We wear casual clothes and talk to each other like friends. The traffic on Kondhawa Road can be pretty loud, especially in the evenings, but inside the flat, it stays quiet enough to focus. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or polished presentations. We just handle our responsibilities day by day. Most of us have been here for a long time and we like the routine. Pune is a great city, and being in Bibvewadi means we are close to good food and markets. We just do our work and keep the place running smoothly. It’s a simple, honest setup for our small team, and we like it that way.
