Ibm Daksh

We are tucked away in Undri at the Palace Orchard Rowhouse, number 14, just off NIBM Road. It’s a bit different from your usual office because it’s a rowhouse, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. Being in Pune 411028 means we’re away from the extreme noise of the main city center, though Undri is definitely catching up these days. Ibm Daksh has been using this space to keep things running for a while now. The Richmond area here is actually quite nice with some trees around, which makes the walk from the parking area pleasant enough. Inside, we’ve set up our workstations across the different rooms. It might seem a bit cramped if you’re used to big open-plan floors, but we actually like the way it’s divided up. It makes it easier to focus on what we’re doing. There isn't any fancy signage out front, just the house number and our name. Most days are pretty routine. We come in, check the schedule, and start working through the logs. The kitchen area is where most of us hang out during breaks. It’s a very straightforward setup. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny furniture. We just do the work that needs to be done and go home at the end of the shift. It works well for the team. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load. It’s a good enough place to be for those who just want to get to work.
