Ibm Daksh

Our spot is Flat No A 2 404 in Gnaga Constella. It’s right next to the Eon IT Park in Kharadi, so there are always lots of people in tech walking around outside. Even though we are right next to those big corporate parks, our office at Ibm Daksh feels much more personal. It’s a flat that we’ve converted into a working space, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. You have the kitchen area for breaks and the living room area where most of the desks are. It’s not a corporate glass tower, and we like it that way. We can see the big buildings from our windows, but inside it’s just us doing our thing. The Pune 16 area has grown a lot lately, so there’s always construction or something new popping up nearby. It makes the neighborhood feel alive. We usually get to work, put on some music quietly in the background, and get through our lists. If it’s someone’s birthday, we might get some cake from the bakery nearby. It’s a very low-key environment. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just want to get the work done right and then get on with our lives. It’s a practical way to run a business, and being in a residential complex makes the whole day feel a little less stressful. It is a good setup for our small group here in the city.
