I2It Pune

Our office is located at B 8 in the Nalanda Apartments, which is on Nilgiri Lane just off Baner Road in Pune. It’s a nice enough spot, though finding Nilgiri Lane can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. We have been running I2It Pune from this apartment for some time now. It’s mostly just us and a few computers. Baner Road has changed a lot lately, with all the new shops and restaurants opening up, so it gets quite loud during the day. Inside our place, it’s a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up in what used to be a living room. It's not a fancy setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We usually start the morning with a quick chat about what needs to get done and then we just get to it. Sometimes we go out for lunch to one of the small places nearby, or we just bring food from home and eat together. There’s no big hierarchy here, everyone just helps out where they can. The apartment complex is quiet for the most part, except when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We like being in a residential building because it feels less like work and more like just part of the day. We don’t have a big marketing department, just us doing our daily tasks at B 8 Nalanda.
