I-Mantra

I-Mantra is based out of Row House 1 in the Chintamani complex, located at 135 Mayur Colony here in Pune. We’re in the 411038 area. It’s a residential neighborhood, which makes for a much quieter work environment than being in the middle of the city. We converted the row house into our office space a few years back. It’s got a small garden in the front that we try to keep alive, though none of us are really experts at it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of whiteboards filled with scribbles. We do a lot of tech work and consulting from here. It’s a small group of us, and we usually just wear jeans and t-shirts to work. There’s no dress code or corporate rules. We just care about getting the projects finished. Sometimes we work late into the night when a deadline is coming up, so there are usually some empty snack bags and cold tea cups lying around by the morning. We like being in Mayur Colony because it’s easy to find a place to walk and clear your head. We aren't some massive agency with a board of directors. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't spend money on marketing. People find us because someone they know told them we do okay work. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed.
