Hsbc

We are located in Flat No 18 at Raghunath Apartments in the Mohanwadi area of Yerwada, Pune. It is a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical office environment. We like it that way because it is quiet and we can actually get things done. Hsbc has been operating from this flat for a while now. There are only a few of us, so we don't need a lot of space. We have a couple of computers, a printer, and some old filing cabinets. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big sign on the building, just the flat number. Most people who come to see us are friends or long-time associates. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do whatever is needed that day. Sometimes that means answering phones and other times it means cleaning up the office. We don't use marketing language or talk about being the leaders in our field. We are just a small team working out of an apartment. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and we try not to make too much noise. Yerwada is a busy place, but our little corner in Raghunath Apartments is peaceful enough. We are just regular folks doing our daily work without any big fuss or complicated plans.
