Hr Executive

Hr Executive is based in Pune, over in Kothrud. We are at Flat No 3 in the Pragati Building, which is part of the Prathamshree Society in Dahanukar Colony. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential with some businesses mixed in. Being in a flat means it feels more like a home than a real office. We have a kitchen area where we make tea, and the main living space is where the desks are. It’s quiet inside most of the time, except for when the neighbors are around. Vikramaditya Kumbhar is the name associated with the place. Dahanukar Colony is a decent spot to be in, and we like that it's not as chaotic as the city center. We don't have any professional decorators or anything. The furniture is just a mix of things we’ve gathered over time. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery for someone else in the building. We just go about our business, filing papers and making calls. It’s a simple life at Hr Executive. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. It’s just us working out of a flat in a regular building. The Pragati Building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the rain. We don't put on a show; it’s just a place to get work done without any fuss. It’s our small workspace in a big town.
