We are located at 50 Mangalwar Peth in Pune. The shop is small and usually filled with cables, monitors, and old towers people brought in for us to look at. It’s been our home base for quite some time now. Pune has grown so much, but this neighborhood still feels familiar. We handle a lot of different computer issues every day. Sometimes it's a broken screen, or someone’s laptop just won't turn on. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The shelves are a bit cluttered with spare parts we’ve collected over the years. We find that useful because you never know when an old part might save a machine. It’s not a fancy retail store where everything is behind glass. You’ll probably see us working on a desk right when you walk in. Mangalwar Peth can get a bit congested, so parking right in front isn't always easy. Most of our regulars just park a block away and walk over. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Usually, it's just someone telling their neighbor that we fixed their PC. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably a waste of money. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps people coming back when they have trouble. It might take us a day or two to get to a repair, but we do our best to help everyone out.
