You can find us in Chinchwad at the 12th Cross, building number 3. We’ve been dealing with motors and tractors for a long time. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There’s always an engine being pulled apart or a tractor part sitting on the floor waiting to be cleaned. The shop is usually dark and smells like diesel, but that’s how we like it. We see a lot of farmers and transport guys coming through Chinchwad. They usually have something that needs fixing right away, and we do our best to help them out. We have shelves full of old parts that we’ve collected over the years. Some of them are probably for tractors that don't even exist anymore. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know where everything is. The 12th Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you’re not from around here, but once you see the old tractor tires outside, you’ll know you’re at the right place. We don’t spend much on decorations. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and old tools. We’re more interested in getting the engines running than in how the shop looks. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day, even if your hands are always black with grease. Most of our tools have been here since we opened, worn smooth by years of use. Chinchwad can be a loud place with all the traffic on the main roads, but back here at 12th Cross, it’s mostly just us.
