Hemant Industries

Hemant Industries is situated in Talwade, specifically on 3rd B Main in the Venketapura 4 area. It is an industrial patch, so you will see a lot of small factories and workshops all around us. The sound of metal hitting metal or machines humming is just part of the background here. We have a decent sized space where we keep our equipment. It is not a place for visitors to come and relax; it is a place where work happens. The floor is concrete and there is always a bit of grease around. We usually wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about the dirt. The area can get a bit muddy when it rains because the roads aren't great, but we are used to it by now. We have been operating from this Venketapura location for some time. There is a small tea stall at the corner where we all go during the break. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. We don't have any big corporate policies or fancy manuals. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the machines are turned off before we head home. It is a simple life of making things and keeping the shop running smoothly. We don't ask for much else really. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if the deadline is tight.
