You can find our office on the second floor of the Highway Tower, right next to Salgia Hospital in Chinchwad. Being in Pune, we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. This is the Hcl Technologies Ltd branch for this area. The building is easy enough to spot from the highway. We get a little bit of noise from the cars passing by, but it’s not too bad once you’re settled in. It’s a busy floor with people coming in for their shifts. We handle a lot of the tech support and software maintenance tasks. It’s a very functional space. We’ve got rows of desks and a few meeting rooms that we actually use for work, rather than just having them for show. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the local food stalls downstairs pretty well. It’s a straight-up workplace without any of the fancy extras you might find in a startup. We don't have bean bags or games. We just come in, do our work, and then head home. It’s honest work and we try to do it right every day. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s just a regular group of people doing their best to keep things running smoothly.
