Down in Phursungi, specifically in the Bhekarai Nagar area, you’ll find our office in Shiv-Krupa Colony. We’ve been operating Hcl Infosystems Ltd from this Pune address for some time now. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which is actually quite nice because it’s not as frantic. The colony is mostly residential, so there’s a sense of peace that you don't get in the big business hubs. We spend our days inside, mostly looking at computer screens and making sure all the information systems are running the way they are supposed to. It’s not a high-tech looking building from the outside, just a regular place in a regular colony. We don't really use corporate buzzwords or have big meetings about missions and visions. We just have work that needs to be finished before the day ends. Pune can get busy, but out here in Phursungi, we have our own little rhythm. Most of the staff here just want to do their jobs well and get home to their families. We like the fact that it’s a simple setup. There isn't any pressure to be flashy or act like we are something special. We just focus on the technical details and keep things moving. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits us just fine for the daily grind.
