Sai Datta Vikas Herbal is located right in the Bhagyashree Bungalow over in Tara Dutta Colony. If you know BT Kawde Road in Ghorpadi, you probably know where we are. It’s a bit of a residential feel since we operate out of a bungalow. It makes things feel a little more personal than a big office building. We’ve been here in Haveli for some time now. Dealing with herbal products is what occupies our time. The house is usually full of the smell of different dried plants and things we use. It’s a family-run kind of vibe mostly. We don't have a big fancy reception area. People just come to the door. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the colony while we’re inside working on orders. It gets busy during the middle of the week. We try to keep things organized but sometimes boxes pile up in the hallway. That’s just life in a growing business. BT Kawde Road can get pretty crowded with traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We like being in this part of Pune. It’s got a good community feel. Nothing too corporate about us. We just handle our herbal items and try to make sure every customer gets what they asked for without any fuss. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning to night. It's just a regular house that we've turned into our workspace, and it feels right.
