We’re based out of Deccan Gymkhana, right in area 3. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so it’s easy to get to for most people. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing with design and consulting. It’s a regular office, nothing too over the top or fancy. Most days it’s just us sitting around the table looking at drawings or talking on the phone with site supervisors. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on the projects at hand. Whether it's a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we just try to get the job done properly. There’s always a lot of paper moving around and coffee being drank. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but our routine stays mostly the same. We start early, check the emails, and then get into the technical bits of the designs. It’s a practical office for practical work. We don't spend much on advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else. It's just a few of us here making sure the dimensions are right and the materials are what they should be. It gets busy, especially when deadlines are close, but we manage. Just a local team doing what we know how to do in Deccan. Sometimes the site visits take all day, but that is just part of the daily routine.
