The Fashion Garage

So, we are over on Senapati Bapat Road, specifically in the Hanuman Nagar area of Wadarvadi. The Fashion Garage is exactly what it sounds like—a place where we work on clothes and designs in a very down-to-earth setting. SB Road is one of those places that’s always moving, but once you turn into Hanuman Nagar, it feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We have our setup here and it’s nothing flashy. The walls are just there, and we have our tables and racks taking up most of the space. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we’re always in the middle of a project. Wadarvadi has a lot of small lanes and real people living their lives, and we are just another part of that. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. We’re just a bunch of people working with fabric and thread. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit damp, or the sun makes it too hot, but we just keep going. People around here know us by now. We spend most of our time just focusing on the work at hand. It’s a lot of cutting, measuring, and checking things over. It’s a basic life, but we are right in the middle of the city, which makes getting things done a bit easier.
