S Kari & Co

We are tucked away at 1064 Budhwar Peth on J W Road. S Kari & Co is right behind the City Post Office, which is a very old and well-known landmark in this part of town. If you know Budhwar Peth, you know how narrow and crowded the streets can be. It’s an area with a lot of history and a lot of daily hustle. Our building is older, and the office reflects that. It has high ceilings and a bit of a worn-in feel that you don't get with newer constructions. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork. The proximity to the post office is actually pretty handy for us. There is a constant flow of people outside, and the noise of the market is just part of the background here. We have our desks crammed into the space we have, and we make it work. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find modern art or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some sturdy desks. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to get to us, but that is just life in this part of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the chaos of the street doesn't really bother us anymore. We just open the shutters, get the lights on, and start going through the files like we do every single morning.
