GROWTH HARVESTORS BUSINESS CONSULTING LL is over in Pimple Saudagar. We are set up in the Kunal Icon building. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. We are a small consulting group. We spent a lot of time thinking about the name, but really we just help businesses figure out how to do things a bit better than before. Whether it is managing their staff or looking at their budgets, we just jump in and help where we can. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of notebooks for writing down ideas. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather just focus on the tasks at hand and get things done. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot lately, so there are always new people and new businesses popping up nearby. It keeps things interesting for us to see the neighborhood change. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and get the work finished. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It is a flexible way to work and it suits our lifestyle. We try to talk to our clients like regular people, not like we are reading from a manual or a script. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We are just a local bunch trying to make a living by helping others. It is what we do.
