Our office for Growreal Multisolutions Private Limited is located over in Kalepadal, right near Janseva Soc in Hadapsar. It is a pretty straightforward place. If you are looking for Sno 37, you’ll find us there without too much trouble. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in other parts of Pune. Instead, we have a more modest setup that fits the local neighborhood. It gets a bit dusty on the road sometimes, but that is just part of being in this area. We have been working out of this space for a while. The team is small, and we all know each other well. There is no formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Most of the day is spent on the phones or on our laptops trying to figure out solutions for the projects we have on hand. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we manage fine. We like being close to the local markets because it makes getting lunch easy and quick. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we try to wrap up at a normal time. It’s a plain office where we do our best to stay on top of our responsibilities. No big frills, just honest work in a busy part of Hadapsar. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be done each week.
