Growell Resources & Management is up on the second floor of the Bharat Insurance Building. It's at 15-A, Horniman Circle in the Fort area. This building is quite old and has a lot of history to it. The stairs are a bit steep, so it’s a workout every time we come in. Being in Fort is interesting because of all the old architecture and the busy street life. We handle management tasks and resources here. The office has high ceilings and large windows that look out towards the circle. It’s usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We deal with a lot of people every day, mostly trying to help them with their careers or managing business needs. It’s a lot of paperwork and filing. Sometimes the old elevator gets stuck, so we just take the stairs. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer because the rooms are so big. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a steady kind of job. We don’t go in for flashy office furniture. Most of our stuff is functional and has been here for years. Horniman Circle is a nice place to sit for a few minutes if we get a break. We just try to get through the daily pile of work and keep things organized. It’s a solid place to work in a historic part of town.
