It’s a decent place to work. We spend our hours sitting at our desks, working through software problems and coding. The building is older but it has character. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It's just chairs, tables, and computers. We often walk out to get some fresh air or a coffee during the afternoon slump. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Pune, but we’re still here at B 5 11. We aren't flashy people. We just want to do a good job and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. The team is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. It’s a real, working office in a great part of town.
