At Greatsearch, we work out of a wing in Runal Florence, which is in Sector 21 of Pune. Specifically, we’re in Flat No 6. It’s right behind the Amruta Muth, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been here in this part of town for a good while now. Our work is mostly centered around search and staffing. It’s a lot of research and looking through databases to find what people need. The office is basically just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s comfortable and quiet, which helps when we have to concentrate on a lot of data. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small group of people who know how to find things. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We don't really have a big formal structure here. We all just pitch in and do whatever needs to be done that day. Whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers, it all gets done eventually. We like being in this area because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. It gives us space to breathe and focus on our work without too many distractions. We’ve made this place our own over the years and it works well for us.
