We are over at Plot No 12 in Kalpadrum, which is right in Ganesh Nagar near Erandwane. If you know the Kothrud area in Pune, you know it gets pretty busy around here. We’ve been running Gravityhr from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy glass building or anything, just a regular office where we get things done. Most days start with trying to find a good parking spot nearby, which is always a bit of a challenge in this part of town. We handle a lot of HR work, mostly looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. The office has a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine for us. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the absolute highlight of the afternoon when things get slow. We don't really have a big corporate philosophy or some fancy slogan that we tell everyone. We just come in, check the emails, and try to match the right people with the right roles. It can be a lot of phone calls and boring paperwork, but that's just how the day goes for us. Being in Pune means we deal with all kinds of weather, from the heavy monsoon rains to the dry summer heat, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. If you’re ever walking through Ganesh Nagar, you’ve probably passed by our building without thinking much about it. We’re just a small team trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
