Grace Mgt Servicesz

Grace Mgt Servicesz is based out of Mahesh Society in Bebwewadi, Pune. We are at F 67, and it is more of a home-office vibe than a corporate park. The name has that extra 'z' at the end, which was just a choice made a while back. We handle management tasks for different properties and small businesses around Pune 37. Our days involve a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls to contractors or maintenance staff. It is the kind of work that is mostly invisible until something goes wrong, and then we are the ones who have to figure out how to fix it. Whether it is a plumbing issue in a building or sorting out the accounts for a small shop, we just get on with it. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional neighbor stopping by to chat. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us at our desks, surrounded by folders and post-it notes. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just chasing down people on the phone to make sure a job actually got finished. It is practical work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of follow-up. We have been in this society for a long time, so everyone around here knows where to find us when they need a hand with something.
