Glotech Mold India

Our workshop is located out in MIDC Ranjangaon, specifically in the Ganpati Kumaraswamy layout, section A/6/3. We go by Glotech Mold India. It’s an industrial area so it’s always loud with the sounds of machines and trucks moving around. We make molds here. It’s technical work that requires a lot of standing around machines and checking measurements. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of people, just a dedicated crew that knows how to handle the equipment. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings and oil, but that's just part of the job. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and trying to get the shapes exactly right. It's not glamorous work and it gets quite hot in the summer months under the tin roof. We've been at this location for a while now and we've got a routine down. People from other companies in MIDC come by when they need a specific part or a mold fixed up. We don't do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just talk over the noise of the lathes. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls working on a piece of steel. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work in front of us. It is how we have always done things here.
