Global Pulse Strategic Advisors Llp is based out of Damodar Sankul in Hingne Khurd. We are in Flat B 23. If you come by, you’ll notice the parking can be a bit of a squeeze during the day, so most of us just find a spot nearby and walk in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular flat converted into a workspace where we keep our files and computers. It gets quite bright in the afternoons because of the way the sun hits the balcony. We’ve been here for a while now and have gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood, from the traffic on the main road to the general buzz of Pune. Most days involve a lot of sitting at the big wooden table we use for meetings and catching up on emails. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign outside that you can see from a mile away. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. Someone usually brings in snacks around tea time, and we take a break to talk about things other than work. The air conditioner makes a bit of a humming noise, but we don't mind it much. It’s just how it is here. We focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day and making sure things are organized properly. Living and working in Pune means you deal with the rain and the heat, but being in a spot like this makes it manageable.
