Global Innovsource Solution Pvt Ltd is based on Baner Road in Pune. We are located in flat 504 at Hillside Appartment, Phase I. It’s right across the road from Vishva Lodge, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone living in this part of town. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the hills, which is actually quite nice when things get a bit stressful during the day. We aren't a big, flashy firm with lots of money to spend on decor. We just have this simple office space where we manage all our daily tasks. It’s mostly just rows of desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. The walk up to the flat is fine, but we usually just take the lift to save time. We’re a small crew of people, so we all know each other’s families and stories pretty well. The morning usually starts with someone opening the windows to let in a bit of fresh air. We spend the whole day working through our lists and making sure nothing gets missed. There isn't a lot of drama or corporate politics in this office. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. Baner Road is always busy with traffic, but inside our flat, it stays relatively quiet and peaceful. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing our job and staying consistent every single day.
