You can find Glint Consoltancy at Flat No 404 in the Dhawalgiri Society over in Baner. Being in a residential society in Pune means it’s a bit different from a standard office building. We have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down in the hallways. The flat itself has been converted so we have enough space for our desks and the printer. Usually, the balcony is where we go to take a quick phone call or just get some air. Baner has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but our corner of Dhawalgiri stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, just the name on the door. People who come to see us usually have to sign in at the gate first. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on our laptops and drinking coffee. We try to keep things tidy but there’s always a pile of papers somewhere that needs filing. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t really go for anything flashy, just a quiet spot to get things done. Most days are pretty routine, starting around nine and wrapping up when the sun goes down. We usually keep some extra biscuits in the kitchen drawer for when the afternoon slump hits us.
