The office for Gharpure Engineering And Const Pvt Ltd is located at Plot No. 35/1 in the D-2 Block over in the MIDC area of Chinchwad. It’s a busy industrial part of Pimpri-Chinchwad and there is always noise from the nearby factories and trucks moving around. We have been in this spot for some time now and the walls are covered with old site maps and project notes that have yellowed a bit over the years. Our team is usually split between the desks here and actually being out on the construction sites where the real heavy lifting happens. It is not the kind of place where you will see people in fancy suits every day because we are usually covered in a bit of dust or carrying rolls of blueprints. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole building besides the calculators. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and sometimes the deadlines get a bit tight which means staying late while the streetlights outside start flickering on. It’s hard work but it feels good to see something actually being built from the ground up. We know the neighbors around Plot 35/1 pretty well and we all just try to get through the workday and do a decent job. It’s just how we operate here in the heart of the industrial zone and we hope to keep at it for a while.
