Our office is tucked away in the Swargate area on Mamsa Street, specifically inside the 202/203/2 building on Morland Road. It stays pretty loud around here with all the traffic and people moving about the street at all hours. Inside the office, it is mostly just a bunch of computers and people wearing headsets talking to customers all day long. We deal with all kinds of customer issues and try to keep things organized for the different companies that hire us to handle their calls. It involves a lot of data entry and answering the same kinds of questions over and over again. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just have to sit there waiting for it to kick back in so we can work again. We have a tiny kitchen where we drink way too much tea just to stay awake during the long afternoon shifts. This isn't some high-tech lab or anything special, just a workspace where we get the job done. Dealing with people on the phone can be tiring because everyone is usually in a hurry or a bit annoyed about a problem they are having. We just try to listen and type everything into the system correctly so nothing gets lost. The building itself is a little on the older side, so the stairs creak when you walk up, but it is home for us during the work week. We don't have a big marketing team. It is just us sitting at our desks.
