Gauri Travels

If you know Vishrantwadi, you probably know Saggu Chowk. We are located at 72/3, right near the Bharati English Medium School. Gauri Travels operates from this spot, and it can get quite loud during the school hours with all the buses and parents around. We’ve got a small office where we manage our fleet and talk to people about their travel plans. It’s a very local operation. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk makes things a bit slow, but we manage. We spend a lot of time checking on the cars and making sure the drivers are ready to go. It’s not a high-tech setup with big screens; mostly we use notebooks and a couple of phones that never stop ringing. We see a lot of families from the neighborhood coming in to ask about weekend trips or airport drops. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now. The office walls have some old calendars and pictures of places people like to visit. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once, but we make it work. We like being part of the Vishrantwadi community. People stop by just to chat sometimes. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it as simple as possible for everyone. We don't have fancy brochures, just honest talk about routes and travel times.
