We’re over at Flat No. 302 in the Gardenia Society, which is part of Radheshwari Nagar in Wagholi. Gan Business Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation, mostly just focusing on helping out with business questions and paperwork. Being in a residential society like Gardenia makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a giant office park. We have our desks set up in the flat, and it works out pretty well for us. Wagholi is growing so much these days, there’s always something new being built nearby. It’s a bit dusty outside sometimes with all the construction, but inside the office, we keep things organized. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a more personal setup. We handle various consulting tasks for people who need a bit of guidance with their business plans or registrations. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get the job done. Sometimes we walk down to the local shops for a break and to see what else is happening in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward life. We do our best to help whoever comes to us, and we don’t use any of those complicated corporate phrases. We just speak plain English and try to solve problems. It’s a quiet place to work and we’ve grown quite fond of this corner of Pune. We enjoy being here.
