G K Builders

We are located at Sr No 222 2 Plot No 37 in the Grukripa Colony area. It is part of Sant Tukaram Nagar on Dighi Road in Bhosari. If you are familiar with Pune 39, you know it can be a pretty active place with a lot of movement. G K Builders is just a small local company where we focus on getting projects finished. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have a simple room with some desks, a lot of blueprints, and some hard hats lying around. Most of our work happens outside on the sites anyway. Construction is a lot of physical labor and dealing with various materials like bricks and sand. Our days start early because we want to beat the heat as much as possible. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tool breaking or a delivery being late, but we just figure it out as we go. We are just regular people who know how to build things. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. The colony is a nice spot to be based in, and we have gotten to know the neighborhood quite well over the years. It is a straightforward business without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere. We just work hard and try to do the job right the first time. It is nothing too complicated.
