Fujistsu Consulting

In Pune, specifically at Grace Villa on the Baner Mahlunge Road, you’ll find our consulting setup. It’s not in one of those huge glass towers you see in the IT parks. We are based in Mitranagar Colony, which gives it a bit more of a local, lived-in feel. Fujistsu Consulting is where we spend our time on laptops and in meetings, trying to help other businesses figure out their tech or their processes. Because we are in a villa, it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate office, though we still work pretty hard. There is usually a lot of coffee being made and people sitting in different corners working on projects. The Baner area has changed a lot lately, getting much busier, but our little spot stays mostly the same. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of slogans on the walls. It is just desks, chairs, and people trying to solve problems. We get a lot of local folks coming in, and sometimes we have to jump on calls with people far away. It is a mix of high-tech work and a very normal, everyday environment. We just show up, do the consulting work, and try to make sense of whatever challenge a client brings us that day. It is straightforward and keeps us busy enough throughout the week. There’s usually a bit of a breeze coming through the windows in the morning, which is nicer than being trapped in a sealed office building all day long.
