Our Pune office is at Flat No 305 in Minaxi Puram, over in the Vadagaon Bk area. If you know Pune 41, you know it’s a bit different from the central city hub, which we actually like. It’s a bit more laid back around here. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a working space, so it has a very homey and informal feel to it. It’s not a big glass tower; it’s just a place where we can sit down and get our projects finished without too much noise. Frischmann Prabhu India Pvt Ltd has been in Minaxi Puram for a while, and the people in the building know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We have our computers set up, a few desks, and some space for meetings when we need them. Living and working in Vadagaon Bk means we avoid some of the worst traffic in Pune, though it still has its busy moments. Most of us just walk in, grab some water or tea, and start our day. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We don’t have a corporate hierarchy that feels stiff or cold. It’s more like a group of colleagues just trying to do good work in a quiet corner of the city. Flat 305 is where it all happens, and it suits our way of doing things just fine without any unnecessary polish.
