You can find us over in Ganesh Nagar in the Chinchwad area of Pune. We’re tucked away in B 4 Jalwadi. It’s a local neighborhood, nothing too fancy. We call our little operation Fresh. It’s mostly just a few of us working from this spot. We didn't want to deal with the high rents of the main city, so we set up here. Pune is growing fast, but this part of Chinchwad still feels like home. We spend our days handling whatever tasks come in. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our business. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers. It’s more like a family setup. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay productive even when it's hot outside. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but once we’re inside working, it’s fine. We don't really do the whole "corporate image" thing. We wear what we want and talk like regular people because that's who we are. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just saw an opportunity to start a small business and we took it. Some days we stay late to finish things up, and other days we close early if it's quiet. It's just a practical way to live and work in the city without all the stress. We’ve had to learn everything by doing it ourselves, which was hard but it taught us a lot about how to survive.
