Freesher

Freesher is basically just us working out of Sahu Colony in Karve Nagar. It’s a busy little spot in Pune, and if you know the area, you know how the traffic gets near the main road. Our office is actually at Vithal Shinde’s place. It’s not some big glass building you see in the IT parks. It’s more of a regular place where we sit down every morning and handle whatever comes our way. The walls are a bit plain, and the fan makes a little noise, but it stays cool enough. We’ve been here for a bit now, just getting things done. Usually, the day starts with someone bringing in tea from the stall around the corner. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with big meetings or long speeches. Most of the time, we’re just looking at our desks or talking about what needs to be finished by the evening. Karve Nagar has changed a lot lately, more shops opening up and more people moving in, so it’s always lively outside. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the colony if you come late. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a simple setup, really. Nothing too complicated or flashy going on here. We just show up, do the tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s just how we operate day to day in this part of Pune.
