Free Lancing

We are based out of Arunesh Bungalow in Nigdi Pradhikaran, Sector 25, Pune. It’s Plot 469. Working out of a bungalow is a bit different than being in a big glass building. It feels more like home, which I think makes the work a bit better. Free Lancing is the name of our small setup. We don't have a corporate structure or any of that stuff. It’s mostly just sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects we’ve taken on. The area is quite green and peaceful, which is a nice change from the center of Pune. We have a small garden in the front where we sit sometimes. The office inside is practical. We have some old computers and a printer that occasionally jams. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a place where real work happens. We take on a bit of everything. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens. If you drop by, you might hear the sound of the birds outside more than anything else. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy way of describing ourselves. We just do the work and try to do it right. It’s a simple life here in Nigdi. It is a good place to be and we plan to stay here for the long haul.
