Firoz Patel

I’m Firoz Patel and I stay over at the Khed Sagar Co Operative Housing Society. I’ve been part of this community for a long time and this is where I handle my daily business activities. It’s a residential area, so things are a bit quieter than the main market, which I actually prefer. My work usually involves helping out people nearby or taking care of specific tasks that come my way through word of mouth. I don’t have a big storefront with neon signs. People usually just find me through the society office or by asking around the gates. Being based in a co-operative society means you get to know your neighbors really well, and that’s how I like to work. There’s a sense of trust when you’re dealing with people you see every morning at the gate or the local shop. I keep my tools and paperwork organized in my small workspace here. It’s nothing fancy, just a desk and some space to breathe. Sometimes the work takes me outside the society, but I always end up back here to finish things off. Life in 41528 is steady and I don't feel the need to move to a big commercial hub. I like being able to walk to work, even if it’s just to a different room or a neighbor's block. It’s a simple setup and it works for me and the people I help on a daily basis.
