It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but the space out here is what we need for our operations. The plot is quite big, and we have a lot of activity going on at all hours. It’s an industrial vibe, so don't expect any lush carpets or modern art on the walls. We have our machinery and our storage areas, and then a small corner where the office work happens. It’s often quite dusty and loud because of all the equipment running, but we don’t mind it much. Most of us have worked here for years and we are used to the rhythm of the place. Taluka Maval is a bit quieter than the city center, but we still get a lot of trucks moving in and out every day. We don't have a big corporate culture. It’s more about getting the tasks finished and making sure the machines are in good shape. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, which can be frustrating. But that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We are just a group of people working hard to keep things moving. It’s practical, honest work and we are happy to be out here in Urse.
