Finearc Systems Private Limited

We are located in the F-II Block of the MIDC area in Pimpri, at survey number 21. Finearc Systems Private Limited is right in the middle of the industrial belt. If you’ve ever been to Pimpri, you know it’s full of workshops, factories, and trucks moving parts around. Our place has been here quite a while. We do a lot of work involving systems and engineering, so there’s always something being put together or tested. The workshop floor is the main part of our operation, and the office is just a small section partitioned off. It can get pretty noisy when the welding or assembly is going on, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the years. We’ve got a group of technicians and engineers who really know their stuff. We don't wear suits or anything like that; it’s mostly work clothes and boots. Lunch is usually a group thing where we sit around and talk about cricket or whatever else is going on. The roads around here can be rough with all the heavy vehicles, especially during the monsoon season when the potholes get bad. We just focus on getting the systems built right for whoever needs them. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. It’s a typical Pimpri business, really, just keeping things moving one day at a time. We don't ask for much more than that.
