Field Service

Our workspace is located at Plot No 179 in Sector 28 of the PCNTDA area in Nigdi, Pune. The 411044 zip code is home for us and has been for a long time. We go by Field Service. This area is quite industrial and busy, which fits the kind of work we do every day. We have a decent-sized plot where we can park our service vehicles and keep all the spare parts we need for the different jobs. It’s not a fancy place to look at, just a functional one with plenty of concrete and metal shelves. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another across the city, but this is the hub where everything starts and ends. The PCNTDA layout is pretty organized compared to other parts of Pune, so finding Plot 179 isn't too hard for most folks. We’ve been operating out of Nigdi for several years now and have seen the area grow and change. The air is often full of the sound of machinery from the nearby shops, but we don't really mind it. It’s just the sound of work being done. Inside, we have a couple of desks for the paperwork and some heavy shelving for the equipment we carry. We don’t have any marketing people or a sales team to push things. We just answer the phone, listen to what the problem is, and go out to fix it as soon as we can. It’s a straightforward approach that has served us well. Pune is a big city, but our little corner in Sector 28 feels right.
