Field Engineers

Our shop is tucked away behind the Vishnu Malti Industrial Estate in Shivane. It is a bit of a trek to get back here if you don't know the way, but we have been at No.77/5 for quite a few years now. The area is mostly industrial, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. We are a small team of engineers and technicians who mostly focus on fixing things and making sure equipment runs like it should. The workshop gets a bit dusty during the dry months, and we usually have grease on our hands by noon. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a suit. We have a small office area, but most of the real work happens out on the floor. We keep a lot of spare parts and tools scattered around, though we usually know where everything is when we need it. Lunch is usually brought from home or someone goes out to get tea for everyone in the afternoon. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just the name on the gate. It is a practical place. We deal with a lot of local businesses around Shivane and some further out. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It is a steady life, just keeping things moving day after day.
