We see the kids going to school every morning and hear the bells ringing throughout the day. It gives the place a nice, lively feel. Fiat Auto Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but inside, we’re just a small group of people working together. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big boardroom. We usually just huddle around one of the main tables when we need to discuss something important. It’s a very hands-on environment. There’s always a lot of activity in Chinchwad, with all the industries and shops nearby. We fit right in with that working-class spirit. We don't spend our time making big presentations.
