Our business goes by the name Fcu, and we mostly handle things through our contact point at Sweety1011 Rediffmailcom. We don't really have a big physical shop or a flashy office where you can come and sit in a waiting room. We prefer to keep things simple and low-key, working from where we can and staying connected through the internet. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We aren't interested in being a big corporation with hundreds of employees and confusing departments. Instead, it’s a small-scale operation where we handle everything ourselves. If you send a message to that Rediffmail address, you’re going to get a reply from one of us directly, not some automated system. We spend a lot of our time checking messages and making sure we haven't missed anything important. It’s a bit of an informal way to run things, but it works for us and the people we help. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy slogans to show off. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. Some people might find it strange that we don't have a regular street address listed, but in this day and age, we find that we can get a lot done just by being reachable and staying dedicated to the work we do.
