Faraz Architecture

Our office is out in Wakad, specifically Block No D-Iii in the MIDC area, 1143. It’s an industrial kind of spot, which suits the way Faraz Architecture works. We aren't into fancy decorations or making the office look like a showroom. It’s mostly desks, computers, and stacks of site maps. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by a lot of activity, which feels right for the kind of work we do. We mostly focus on the structural and design needs of various projects that come our way. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy the process of putting a building together on paper. It’s a lot of staring at lines and checking numbers to make sure everything adds up. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a CAD file or drinking tea while looking at a site photo. We handle the paperwork and the technical drawings that the city requires. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do. We’ve been in this part of Wakad for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. It’s a solid place to work without many distractions. We just do the architecture and leave the talking to others. The heavy machinery noise nearby keeps us on our toes.
