Fakhari Enterprises

We are located over at Kondhwa Khurd, specifically in the C L Ramaiah Layout on the 9th Cross. Our building is number 12. Fakhari Enterprises is the name we use for all our business stuff here. The layout is a bit quieter than the main roads, which makes it easier to load and unload things. We have a basic office setup with a few desks and a place to store our records. It is a functional space without any extra decorations. The street outside has a few trees and some residential houses nearby. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the 9th Cross, so we often have to stand out front to wave them down. Inside, the floors are concrete and the lighting is just standard tube lights. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lounge or a fancy coffee machine. We just have a kettle and some biscuits for when we take a break. There are stacks of files that need organizing, but we usually prioritize the current jobs first. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in this same spot. We usually close up shop before the evening rush starts.
