You can find us at 109111 in the Ramtekdi Industrial Estate, right by Hadapsar Gur Mandi. Being in an industrial estate means it gets quite dusty and noisy around here, but that’s just the nature of the location. Our space is basically a big room filled with stacks of boxes and racks. It’s not a shiny mall store with bright lights and music. It’s a warehouse where people come to find what they need without any fuss. The floor is concrete, and the ceiling is high, which helps a bit when the afternoon sun hits the roof. We spend most of our time unpacking shipments or helping customers dig through the piles to find the right size or color. The Gur Mandi area is always bustling, and trucks are constantly moving in and out of the estate. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time, but once people know the way, they keep coming back. We don’t have a lot of staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from moving heavy crates to handling the cash register. It’s straightforward work. We don’t try to make the place look like something it isn’t. It’s a factory outlet, so it looks like a workplace. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the shelves aren't empty for too long. People come for the prices, and we give them what we have on the floor.
